The frustration that comes with not being able to use your data is terrible.

I mean you worked hard for your money.
(Or probably someone gave it to you, that doesn't matter).

You decided to use it to purchase data.

And then you can’t use the data because of some gruelling network issues.

Then you call their customer care and they tell you to turn your phone off and on.

You do that.

And then boom. Nothing changes.

It's annoying.

Really vexatious.

How I honestly feel right now, is going to all of the network provider's offices all over Nigeria, and pulling them down to the ground one after the other.

So that I'll kukuma know that they do not exist.

But you know that's not possible.

The truth is this:

Don't ever leave your clients/customers feeling this way.

Try as much as possible to minimize stress for them.

And not create the stress.

Let them have this “Refreshing Feeling” whenever they think of doing business with you.

They'll appreciate you for it.

And sing your praises about.

It's easier to never create a bad impression of your brand than trying to remove a bad impression your brand has already acquired.

Prevention is always better that cure.
